All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment channel within 7 working days, with a maximum total settlement period of 14 calendar days. Customer-initiated no-shows, incorrect address details and unsafe property environments fall under non-refundable circumstances.

5. Customer Privacy & Website Data Rules Summary

All personal information you submit during booking is managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy, with fixed mandatory data retention time limits:

  • Customer name, email and contact phone number: retained for maximum 24 months post service completion
  • Residential service address data: stored for a maximum cycle of 36 months
  • Data will be automatically fully erased once retention periods expire

  • Send fully trained cleaning staff equipped with standard low-irritant domestic cleaning supplies to approved booking addresses
  • Process all orders, cancellation and refund applications within the official stated timeframes
  • Securely store and protect all customer personal data in line with UK data standards
  • Conduct services strictly within the pre-agreed package scope listed on the website

7. Liability & General Disclaimer

The company will not accept liability for adverse reactions, discomfort or health issues arising from customer failure to pre-disclose allergies or chemical sensitivities to cleaning products. We bear no responsibility for service delays or failed appointments caused by inaccurate customer-provided booking information or denied property access.

If the property environment presents unforeseen safety risks upon arrival, our cleaning team reserves the right to pause or fully terminate the scheduled service in line with our Booking Policy. All refund judgments rely solely on official booking records, dispatch logs and written customer submissions; subjective dissatisfaction without objective service standard breaches does not qualify for compensation or partial refund.
