2. Standard Booking Procedure

All domestic cleaning services follow a fixed, manual verification booking process. No service is automatically activated after payment. The complete booking process is listed below:

• Customer browses available residential cleaning service items on the official website
• Customer selects the required cleaning package according to property size and service needs
• Customer chooses their preferred service date and time slot
• Customer submits booking information and completes online payment
• Our admin team conducts manual order review within 24 hours of submission
• After order information, address, and time verification are confirmed correct, the booking is officially approved
• Our professional cleaning staff will arrive on-site to provide the confirmed cleaning service accordingly

3. Booking Information Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted booking details are true, accurate and complete. This includes full UK residential service address, contact information, property type, service time and special requirements.

The company will not be held responsible for service delays, missed appointments or service errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information. Once an order is manually verified and confirmed, no free modification of time or address is allowed without valid reason.
